Fall in Ohio!

Fall in the Eastern part of the United States is WONDERFUL!! It is long and drawn out... just the way I like it. I was smart enough to take advantage of the wonderful weather and scenery. I took lots of pictures of Seth :) This is common so don't be surprised. Here are some of my favorites! Most of them were taken at a park near our home.

 Here is our house!!
Seth and I were laying on our back porch.

This is a pond around the corner from our house.

Happy Halloween!!

We had an exciting Halloween this year! We went to the pumpkin patch, we dressed up as robbers with Seth as a bag of cash for our ward trunk or treat, and we carved some excellent pumpkins! I can't believe the holiday season is already upon us!! This year has flown by.

Here are some pictures of the past couple weeks!

Let it snow!

We are feeling the effects of hurricane sandy here in Ohio! We've had lots of wind and rain. This morning, however, we woke up to a winter wonderland!! This, being Seth's first real experience with snow, I thought I'd see his reaction. When we were outside he was quiet and still. He wasn't sure what to think. But when I stood him up by the window he had lots of fun squealing and licking the condensation off the glass. I have him a snowball to examine... He didn't end up liking that very much :)

"I'm so glad when daddy comes home!"

This is a progression of pictures I took when Seth first saw Derek when Derek came home from work.

A Blog App???

Well I was sitting here looking at my blog on my phone and I thought, "hey! I bet there's an app for that!" And sure enough there is!! This is going to make blogging MUCH easier for me!! Hopefully I can keep up with all that's going on!

Basically it's just keeping up with Seth! He is crawling now!! He is eating all sorts of food, he is using a lot more consonants in his babbling, he is keeping through the night, he is extremely happy!! We are having so much fun as his parents.
